My1FitLife Adventures has POSTPONED most tours starting between March 16th and October 31st, 2020

My1FitLife Adventures has made the difficult but necessary decision to POSTPONE most tours departing between March 16th and October 31st, 2020. As of today, we are making an exception for our White Water Rafting Tour that is scheduled for August 2020. We are awaiting word from the National Park for this event. If the park is open, we will run the raft trip as planned. The other exception is our Red Mountain Retreat to Zion National Park, which has been moved to September of 2020. The postponement of our other trips is due to travel restrictions being implemented across destinations globally due to Covid-19.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times, and we are communicating as efficiently as we can. We will get to everyone – and are working with customers on a priority basis.

We are urging patience as we work through this with you. Please read this FAQ document to find answers to your question before contacting our team.

The following applies to My1FitLife Adventures within the time frames discussed above.

My tour has been POSTPONED – what happens?

If you have paid final payment: If you have booked a tour scheduled to depart between March 16, 2020 and October 31st, 2020, you will be provided with a future travel credit valued at 100% of the price paid for your tour; but excluding airfare and insurance and any costs not associated with the event. This travel credit will be automatically applied to your My1FitLife Adventures account within the coming weeks. It can be applied toward any future My1FitLife Adventures departing up to two years from the end of the month of your tour’s original dates of departure. Unless you tell us differently, you will be notified when we have new dates for your postponed trip, and we will automatically place you on that adventure. As most of our trips do sell out, we will need to have you confirm that all new dates work for your travel, and you do wish to retain the spot; otherwise your credit will apply to another trip of your choosing. We will give you the first booking opportunity on future trips so you can use your travel credit quickly and effectively. If you have not paid final payment: The amount you have paid thus far will be applied at 100% of its value towards your original trip’s new date (or a future booking of your choosing). You may suspend future payments until your new trip start date is 180 days out at which point payments will resume. This does NOT apply to any new bookings. My1FitLife Adventures IS NOT offering refunds on postponed tours. Please do not contact our team asking for refunds, as these will not be provided.

The postponed dates for my original trip puts my trip more than 180 days out, does the My1FitLife Adventure Cancellation Policy start over?

Again, we are offering NO REFUNDS for postponed trips. Therefore the clock DOES NOT start over on our refund policy after dates are changed. Again, we are offering 100% credit for up to two years for future travel.

My tour is beyond the postponed date – what happens?

If your tour is set to depart outside the postponed window, we will be following our original cancellation policy in accordance with My1FitLife terms and conditions. Please check your trip page for the full My1FitLife cancellation policy. We will continue to monitor developments and will be in touch with all customers on a priority basis.
