My1FitLife Tahoe Adventure
We can’t wait to go back to where it all began for My1FitLife Adventures!!! Tahoe is one of our favorite spots because of the beauty, the mountains, the lake, and the pure powerful energy. Tahoe seems like the perfect place for a rebirth after the rough year plus we have had with the pandemic!
Relax in Palisades Valley village while looking up at the mountains! Hike and climb with us during our adventure that is included within your registration! Enjoy the comradely of the My1FitLife community while catching up with old friends and making new ones! Coach Keith has some excited things planned for this adventure, this will be our first ever My1FItLife Olympics! We will break up into teams and have some fun doing a activities!

The above is just recommendations. Please also bring any additional items needed such as medications, etc.
Transportation to/from the airport is not included. Please plan accordingly. Reno airport is the closest airport to fly in and out of.
Each guest needed to book and arrange your own hotel accommodations as they are NOT included. If you have cancelled your reservation with us, please make sure you have cancelled your accommodations as well as we cannot modify those.
All the yoga done during this adventure will be very gentle and healing.
Workouts will be low impact and modifications will be available.
Please make sure to being comfortable shoes and clothes.
Please bring your own yoga mat or use a towel from the hotel
Please note that our meeting room is called Base Camp. Dinner will be served at Plaza Bar along with Sunday’s farewells.
Wednesday the 21st
6 pm – 7pm Registration
7 pm – 8pm Welcome with Michelle and Keith/Ice Breakers
Thursday the 22nd
6:45 am – 7:15 am morning sunrise meditation (prefer outside on deck if possible)
7:15 am – 8:15 am Breakfast on own
8:30 am – 12: 30 pm Optional Hike with Coach Keith discussing “How to Get Ready for Your Next Adventure”
12:30 pm – 2 pm Free time/lunch
2 pm – 3 pm Yin or Restorative Yoga (very gentle/healing) – Bring mat/towel
3 pm – 6:30 pm Free time and diner on own
6:30 pm- 8:00 pm Somatic Healing with Coach Michelle and intro to TRE
Friday the 23rd
6:45 am – 7:15 am bodyweight workout with Coach Michelle (low impact & offer modifications)
7:15 am- 8:15 am Breakfast on own
8:30 am- 12:30 pm /12:30 – 2 Kayaking for 1/2 the group (other half has free time).
3pm – 3:30 pm Breathwork with Coach Keith
3:30 pm – 6 pm Free time/Dinner on own
6 pm – 8 pm Chat with Christina and Michelle – PLEASE BRING YOUR QUESTIONS FOR THEM
Saturday the 24th
8 am – 9am Yoga (yin or restorative) Bring mat/towel
9 am – 11am Wellness activity – Krav Maga
11am – 12 pm TRE with Coach Michelle
4:30 pm – 6 pm Q&A with Keith and Michelle
6:30 – 8 pm Group Farewell Dinner. Cash bar will be provided. Cash and cc accepted.
Sunday the 25th
9 am Morning meditation
